My tracking number says label created. Does that mean my package was not shipped?

No, not always. UPS and USPS Priority Express package almost always receive scans when they receive the packages for the day. USPS Priority packages are the only services where scans are missed even though they have your package. Don't worry if you think your package is missing because 99% of the time they usually show up on a scan somewhere down the road.
